1. The first thing that you need to do -
is to offer freebies and discounts to your prospects. Several studies and research confirm that this is the best way to capture the attention of your target market and later on, get them to buy from you. The reason for this is that buyers feel that they save money by taking advantage of your promotions.
2. Cross sell.
If you have more than one product or service to offer, make sure that you also offer them to you customers before you let go of them. To bring value, you must offer those items that compliment their main purchase. For example, if you are selling SEO tools, you can offer them ebooks about SEO.
3. Keep your customers posted.
If you intend to launch gimmicks or promotions, make sure that you inform your customers ahead of time. Send them an email at least a week before the actual promotion so they can plan ahead.
4. Treat your buying customers like royalties.
There should be a huge difference as to how you treat your prospects and how you treat your buying customers so you can make these people feel that you do value their business. Offer them more freebies and make sure that they are the first ones to get insider scoops about your latest advertising gimmicks.
5. Promote repeat business.
You don’t want to end your relationship with your clients after their first purchase. You would want them to come back for more so you can boost your sales and revenue. You can do this by setting up a customer reward program and by making sure that you give them 100% satisfaction each time they do business with you.
